Michel Antonesco
President
Mr. Antonesco is a holder of a BSEE and MSEE degrees in Electrical
Engineering from NJIT. He began his career in 1987 as a systems engineer
with Marconi Systems in the R&D department designing advanced Spread
Spectrum Radio systems. In 1994 he joined AT&T Bell Labs as a member of
technical staff and lead a team of engineers to field some of the first CDMA
network systems. In 1997 he began his consulting career providing
technical and management leadership in the field of RF Design, optimization
and dimensioning. He is the co-author of some of the very first papers written on
the subject of digital radio and is published by the IEEE.
Michel Deslandes
Server Design and Setup
Mr. Deslandes is a holder of BSCS in Electrical and Computer Engineering,
specializing in Electronics and Telecommunications for the past 10 years.
He was the Head of the Linux dept. of Com2000 Sistemas Informaticos. His duties
included projecting and implementing computer networks and servers (SMB, HTTP,
SMTP, FTP etc.) and security systems within cont. Portugal and Madeira. He
was also in charge of creating and lecturing material for Linux courses
aimed at LPI certification. Mr. Deslandes speaks 5 languages,
Portuguese, English, French, Italian and Russian.
Nelson Escravana
Software Architecture
Mr. Escravana holds a degree in Computer Science Engineer from Instituto
Superior Tecnico (Lisbon Technical University). He has worked on many
projects including the management of the development of an platform
(InGame) that allows creation, management and operation of SMS and
WAP services for the Portuguese content provider Beactive operating in
Portugal (TMN, Vodafone and Optimus) and Brasil (CLARO/ATL). He also
provided consulting expertise for the startup of CDMA2000 450Mhz network
for the Portuguese telecommunications operator Radiomovel. He is also an
expert in computer security analysis and auditing. His computer
programming skills include Java (J2SE, J2ME and J2EE), C, C++, Intel 8086
Assembler, TCP/IP networks (architecture, implementation and
troubleshooting), IPX networks, Linux, Windows, Embedded Systems and
High Availability Systems Design. He was also a speaker at the 2004 5th
national encounter of information system security.
John Majernik
Sage / Guru / H/W and S/W Architecture, Design, & Development
With a heavy background in electronics and circuit design, and subsequent completion of a unique MsCS program taught by leading software experts from noted universities, Mr. Majernik has participated in a wide range of H/W and S/W projects spanning the entire spectrum of the telecommunication world: from the architecture of fault-tolerant 5-9s switching systems and adjuncts, through the implementation of both high and low-level switching protocols; from the design of processor peripherals, through their factory production and testing; from the implementation of peripheral firmware, through its field deployment into live switching offices. John has expertise in distributed database design, modeling, simulation, systems engineering, circuit design, diagnostics, language development, OAM&P systems for wired and wireless services, and all relevant aspects: from requirements specification, design, implementation, testing, and deployment, through maintenance and field update activities. An expert in many high-level languages and more than a dozen machine languages, assorted processors and microprocessors, numerous OSes and H/W test equipment. Mr. Majernik retired as a "Distinguished Member of Technical Staff" after a very active 32 year career with Bell Labs / AT&T / Lucent Technologies. John has since been engaged as an independent consultant on various projects, and is currently responsible for the production of real-time, scalable, data parsers for CellSight Services, LLC.
