Network Planning and Design
CellSight Services has been providing senior level RF engineering and management services for the past 10 years. All of our technical staff have extensive experience in network planning tools such as Planet-EV, Asset-3G, ATOLL and many others.
We helped clients through the design process focusing on optimal site selection and insuring quality site construction and build. Performing complex model tuning, Monte Carlo simulations (MC) and Automatic Cell Planning (ACP) procedures insures that link budget requirements are meet with minimal post launch optimization is achieved.
Network Performance and Optimization
CellSight Services believes that post launch network performance drives optimization activities. We rely and place more emphasis on data derived from customer generated KPI's and experience. CellSight Services has developed tools such as RUNOPT to take GPEH data generated from network data to automatically detect missing neighbors and to optimize neighbor priorities.
We have developed unique approach to network optimization and we have helped many clients meet and exceed there stringent network KPI targets.

Active vs. Re-Active Alarming in Wireless Network Monitoring
This paper discusses some of the key requirement that is necessary to implement a RT tool. The solution should utilize counters and measurements that react to predefined KPI to inform key personnel of subpar performance so that quick corrective action can be taken to resolve faults. A brief discussion of CELLAPPS is also presented which address this need for a RT network monitoring tool.
