CellBase is used by the CellApps modules and is a repository of Cell or sector level information. Definitions of Switch/RNC, Site, Cell/Sector and cluster is made within the CellBase module. Two cluster definitions such as Operations and Engineering can be made. A robust Import and Export capability make for easy and fast data loading. The commit and restore capability allows for site information editing without affecting the other modules
